Meal Exchange Agreement Form

All weekend meal exchange numbers must be submitted to Dining Services by noon the preceding Thursday. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!
Numbers entered into the system cannot be removed.
N/C board - $5.00 non-board

Meal Exchange Choices

Choice of one of each category listed below:

Entree
Burger & Hot Dog (1 of each per serving)
Vegetarian Burger
Boneless Chicken Breast
Spaghetti with Italian Bread
Lasagna with Italian Bread
Quiche and Fresh Cut Fruit
Bagel w/Tuna Salad & Cream Cheese

Salad
Cole Slaw, Tossed, Macaroni, Potato, Pasta, or Fruit Salad

Dessert
Assorted Regular Size Cookies (2 ea.)
Brownie (1 ea.)
Rice Krispie Treat (1 ea.)

Also
Potato Chips or Pretzels

Beverage
Lemonade or Tea Cooler

All meal exchanges are served in disposable containers and include condiments in packets and paper supplies. Charcoal is included with every BBQ. Please contact the Conference and Special Events Office to reserve a grill.

Dining Services does not supply lighter fluid, cooking utensils or grills. Meal exchanges DO NOT include serving utensils, chafing dishes, linens, servers or delivery and set up.
