What can you do with a liberal-arts degree? Plenty and in areas far, far afield from one’s major. From discovering a brain enzyme that may hold the secret to curing Alzheimer’s to heading up an international investment-banking division worth more than 74 billion pounds, Dickinsonians are making their mark on the world.
And they credit their liberal-arts education with preparing them to be leaders, teaching them how to communicate effectively, providing them with the ability to make connections and form relationships and exposing them to a variety of subjects and disciplines.
