The Dickinson College application and supplemental form are available through the Common Application Online, but for your convenience we also offer application materials in an Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format that you can download from the Web. You will need a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader to view these files.

International applicants should use the International Student Application Checklist to assure that all required documents are submitted.

Students may print and complete the application as a paper-based document. Keep in mind that downloading the complete  fall 2013 Dickinson Application, which includes all of the sections, might take a few minutes.

We’ve also made individual sections of the application available to assist you as you complete your Dickinson application. As we review your application, we may note that your file is incomplete and contact you by e-mail or mail to let you know that one or more of your documents is missing either from you or from your school. You can download your missing sections below as Adobe Acrobat PDF files and submit the completed information to the admissions office by e-mail as an attachment, by fax or by regular mail.

  • Counselor Evaluation  (part of the Secondary School Report): official secondary school transcript(s) which list all courses and grades along with a personal evaluation to be completed by the guidance counselor, college advisor or headmaster.
  • Midyear Report  (first trimester grades or first semester senior grades)
  • Teacher Evaluation  One required, two recommended from a teacher who instructed the candidate in English, math, science, social science/history, or foreign language
  • Official SAT (Scholastic Assessment Test) or ACT test results (optional for admission). SAT II (Subject Test) scores are not required for admission to Dickinson, although applicants may submit these scores as additional information in support of their application. To have scores sent directly to Dickinson from the testing agency, use code 2186 for SATs and code 3550 for ACT. For international students taking the TOEFL test, use code 2186.
