DNA technology or potentially infectious agents be reviewed and
approved by an
Institutional BioSafety Committee (IBC) to ensure that they are
conducted in a
safe and appropriate manner, and in accordance with federal regulations
and
guidelines published by NIH, CDC, OSHA and other funding and/or
regulatory
agencies.
