2200 hrs. First block of North West Street, Public Property. Public Indecency. Unidentified white male in his 20’s with short brown hair approximately 6’2”tall exposed himself to students. 0051 hrs. 300 Block West Louther Street, Nisbet Campus, Campus Property. Liquor Law Violation. One student under 21 transported to Carlisle Regional Medical Center for suspected excessive alcohol consumption.

0049 hrs. 200 Block Church Avenue, Public Property. Public Order- Disorderly Conduct. One student under 21 transported to Carlisle Regional Medical Center for suspected excessive alcohol consumption. Student was also issued two non-traffic citations for underage consumption and public drunkenness and issued a warning for urinating in public.
0125 hrs. 90 South College Street, Rear, Witwer Hall, Residential Student Housing. Vandalism. Window broken in the front door. Facilities contacted to make repairs.
