College Semester Shuttle Service

The Department of Public Safety arranges a shuttle service for breaks to/from the Harrisburg airport, the Harrisburg bus and train stations, the Baltimore/Washington (BWI) airport, NYC, and the New England area. Cost to reserve a space on the shuttle to the Harrisburg airport or the Harrisburg bus and train stations is $10.00* one way.
*Please note that a $10.00 late fee will be assigned to any student that registers after the registration deadline.
NO REIMBURSEMENTS AFTER THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE.
Shuttle sign-up schedules for the entire academic year are available before the beginning of each fall semester. For online registration, students must provide airline name and flight number along with the departure/arrival time. Students taking the train/bus shuttle must provide the train/bus departure/arrival time. Allow 2 1/2 hours of travel time/security check to/from the Harrisburg airport, 1 1/2 hours to/from Harrisburg train/bus station and 4 hours to/from the Baltimore/Washington International Airport.
Registration will be available online through the Dickinson Gateway for the Harrisburg Airport and for the Harrisburg bus and train station. To register, navigate to the Student Forms tab in the Dickinson Gateway and select the Shuttle Registration form. Follow the instructions to complete the registration.

When you register, you will need your student ID card and the shuttle fee will be deducted from your declining balance account. You must have sufficient funds in your declining balance account in order to register. You may add funds to your declining balance at the ID Office in the Holland Union Building.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Shuttles with no registered passengers by the deadline will be canceled. Train/Bus station shuttle times may be subject to change according to the Amtrak train and bus schedules. The bus schedule is for buses departing from the Harrisburg bus station that is located adjacent to the train station, and returning to the Harrisburg bus station.
Please make your travel arrangements according to our scheduled dates and times listed below. There will be NO special shuttles for any other dates and times.
