Underage Drinking Fines To Increase January 2013
Pennsylvania Governor Tom Corbett signed a bill into law in October, increasing the fines for underage drinking offenses. This law will take effect in January 2013. The law will now charge offenders $500 for a first offense and up to $1,000 for a second offense.
