Global photo contest highlights international study

From sea turtles in Australia to "magic" trees in Cameroon, the Center for Global Study & Engagement's 2013 photo contest highlighted the depth of the study-abroad experience at Dickinson.

Students submitted more than 200 photos from the more than 40 programs on six continents and 24 countries that Dickinson sponsors. A campus vote determined the winners in five categories as well as a grand-prize winner, Irises of the Universe, shot by Ailin Pipkin Gabay '14 in India. Winners were announced during a reception in the HUB welcoming back to campus students who were abroad during the fall semester.
