A total of 1,367 alumni and family members traveled from as far as Oregon, California and Indonesia to celebrate the 2010 Homecoming & Family Weekend. With more than 60 dynamic events and performances to choose from, it was worth the trip.
The weekend's newest well-attended attractions were inspired by two historic events. Alumni and family members anticipated next year’s 150th Civil War anniversary with a well-attended Buchanan vs. Lincoln debate. And, 10 years after the first Posse scholars signed into Dickinson College, the campus celebrated with a gala Posse reception.
As in years past, students, alumni and families filled the home-team stands at Biddle Field for the big Homecoming game, and the A Cappella Breakdown concert and Run With It!'s comedy show also remained popular draws.
