Transformational Goals

Building directly on the thinking, strategies and execution that have enabled our current momentum, we must now—in the words of our original charter—carry our College into “perfect execution.” Success will rely upon an influx of new resources to allow the College to develop targeted, innovative strategies and to permanently sustain those new initiatives and the ongoing work that has brought us so much recent accomplishment.

The Dickinson faculty has created a visionary curriculum for the 21st century. Through capital and annual donor support, the College seeks to sustain and grow this extraordinary asset by adding:

• Sixty Percent Growth in the Dickinson Annual Fund
• New Endowed Faculty Chairs
• New Endowed Scholarships 
• A Signature 21st Century Interdisciplinary Science Complex
