This opportunity is an excellent option if you are not able to participate in On-Campus Recruiting. To participate in this option, just send a position description to the Career Center and request a Resume Collection.

The position will be posted on our web-based DickinsonConnect system. Interested students then submit resumes by a deadline that you establish. We will then forward those resumes to you for your review. When you identify a candidate, you simply contact that individual and engage them in your recruiting process. If you find several candidates, you always have the option of coming to Dickinson to interview them.

There are a variety of ways that the Career Center works to connect employers with highly talented and motivated Dickinson students and alumni for their hiring needs.
