Math/CS Chat - Tuesday, September 4th @ Noon in Tome 115

The first Math/CS Chat of the Fall 2012 semester will be held on Tuesday, September 4th at Noon in Tome 115.  Natalie Stanley will present "The Role of Incoherent Micro RNA Feed - forward Loops in Gene Regulatory Network Stability" and Yujia Zhou will present "Quality Control of Sensor Data and Data Provenance Tracking" - both will be about their summer REU work.  Free pizza and everyone welcome to attend!

Math & CS Welcome Back Picnic - Tuesday, August 28th @ Noon

Join us on Tuesday, August 28th at Noon on the KW Lawn area for a Math & Computer Science Welcome Back BBQ.  The Math & Computer Science professors will be grilling  hot dogs, hamburgers and veggie burgers as well as supply side dishes & desserts.  Come out and enjoy some fun and join us in welcoming some new faces to the department.  Professors Tracy McKay, Michelle Lastrina, John Sigle, Kim Spayd and Tony Mixell.
