Prof. Jeff Niemitz & Prof. John Henson will present:
"What's with the Weird Weather? Links Between Climate Change, Extreme Weather and Health"
Prof. Jeff Niemitz (Earth Sciences) will discuss the possible link between climate change and extreme weather as recently reported by the UN International Panel on Climate Change. Prof. Henson (Biology) will talk about the link between climate change and health as well as some of Dickinson's recent international efforts in the area of sustainability.
