Participation in the Dickinson Orchestra, Choir, Collegium, Symphonic Band, Jazz Ensemble, and Chamber Ensembles are open to all Dickinson students by audition. Auditions for these ensembles are held during Music Audition Night, the first Tuesday of every academic year. Yes. During alternate years, the Music Department collaborates with the Department of Theatre and Dance on a joint musical production. The next show will be scheduled for the 2010-11 academic year. In addition, an Opera Workshop Scenes concert is possible through the Music Department Chamber Music program.
