Marsha Ray joined Dickinson as the vice president for college advancement in October 2013. In this position she provides strategic leadership and oversight for all areas of advancement including alumni and parent engagement, leadership giving, planned giving, research and corporation and foundation giving. Previously, Ray served as vice president of institutional advancement at the Community College of Philadelphia, associate vice president for campaign programs and development at George Mason University, associate dean for development for the College of Liberal Arts at Temple University, and as a major gift officer at the University of Pennsylvania. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Ohio Wesleyan University and a diploma in business administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
